Shipping & Returns
It is important for us that you find the perfect travel essentials, the ones that best fit you and your journey. That’s why every Avoion product comes with a 100-day trial.
That means that starting from the day you buy any Avoion product, you have the next 100 days to see if they are the right fit for you. Please read our full shipping & return policy for more details.
For the United States and European countries, Avoion will automatically pay any customs duties or taxes, so your parcel will be delivered to you without any additional charges or delay. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount for your order.
For all other countries, once your parcel arrives in your country it may be liable to Customs Duty and Tax. If this is the case, your parcel will be held at your local Customs office until this duty or tax has been paid. If charges are not paid, your parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. Unfortunately, as we do not have control over these charges, ANY costs incurred by Avoion as a result of unpaid Duty Charges AND loss in value of the merchandise will be DEDUCTED from the original order value and will be CHARGED before any refund is issued. Please check with your local postal service if you are unsure about customs charges in your country.
If you place an order before 12pm, we will process the order the same day. Usually, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email that includes a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel with our delivery partner at any time.
Absolutely! If you are not completely happy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 100 days from delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that returns must be delivered to us within this time. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed (or in the case of faulty items).
Please note that the 100-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you end up returning your order, you’ll only have the remainder of your original 100-day trial to do so. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been dispatched. If for any reason you need to change something in your order, please contact our firstname.lastname@example.org as quick as possible so we can find a solution together.
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, and the respective link directing you to our logistics partner’s delivery service.

International shipping (EMS, FedEx) timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to domestic shipping), because of the many factors involved. International can take anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after that. All in all, it’s usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!

Yes! Our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited warranty that covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you.
Our personal items and interior organization products are all protected by a limited one-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues in your first year traveling with them, we’ll fix or replace it.
The suitcases listed in Avoion are coming from different brands that have they own specification. We recommend you to carefully check the dimensions of the luggages you are buying to make sure they fit together. If you have any question(s) in that regards, you can also reach out to our email@example.com.
The day bag is sized to stay by your side and is a perfect complement to your Carry-On (think of it as the bag that fits under the seat in front of you on a plane or in the passenger seat of the car). The weekender has a capacity similar to a Carry-On and is made for your trunk or in the overhead bin.
If your credit card has been declined, please check that you have provided all of the correct information. If the problem persists, here are the most common reasons why a card might be declined:
- There are not enough funds to cover the transaction.
- Your bank is refusing the transaction due to security checks.
- The name and address is not matching the information that the bank has.
- You can contact your bank or credit card provider to see why your card was declined. Once the problem has been resolved, we can help you complete the transaction.
We cannot modify the contents of any customer’s order after it has been placed. This includes but is not limited to product, sizes, colors, or other variants. If you wish to change the size or add additional items to your order, we advise that you contact us to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct size, colors, variants, etc. Please keep in mind that if the product you ordered is a limited edition, we cannot guarantee that you will still be able to purchase it if you request a cancellation to do so.

How do I redeem a coupon/voucher?
Your coupon code can be redeemed during the checkout process. To do so, please enter your coupon code in the “VOUCHERS” field and click on the confirmation button to proceed to the next page. If the entry was correct the voucher amount will be subtracted from your total amount in the shopping cart.
Vouchers can either be used once or an indefinite number of times depending on the type of voucher.
Vouchers typically give a percentage off the total purchase or a fixed amount, depending on the offer.
