If you decide that your new AVOION product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 100 days of your purchase—no ifs, ands, or asterisks. Fill out the form we’ll take care of the rest. And if you’re making a return in Europe, return shipping is always on us! All personalized items are made to order so, unfortunately, these orders do not have a 100-day trial and cannot be returned or exchanged—but our usual warranties still apply.

Please note that the 100-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you end up returning your order, you’ll only have the remainder of your original 100-day trial to do so. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

We ship FREE worldwide via EMS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service. All our products are handmade therefore they take a bit longer to be shipped. International shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to arrive at the destination country.

AVOION will email customers tracking details once the order has been received and dispatched. Should you find your parcel is delayed, please double-check tracking details. In some cases, your shipment may be held or already delivered. If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact AVOION within 10 days of your shipment’s estimated delivery date. If your shipment included a gift box, please enjoy it. This is our gift to you! There is no need to return it.


Depending on the country, we will cover any customs duties or taxes. This minimizes delays or additional charges. The total amount at checkout is the final amount for your shipment. Delivery Duty Paid also known as DDP services are displayed in the chart above and the options at checkout will read ‘IMPORT DUTY PAID’. We recommend customers choose this shipping option to optimize their delivery experience. However, it is important to check on the product page if your country and region qualify for DDP services.

For any country NOT eligible for DDP services, the shipping process is different. When your shipment is received in your country, it may be liable for Customs Duty and Tax. Your local customs office will typically hold the parcel until all fees have been paid. If duties and taxes are not covered, your parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. Customs duties and taxes are determined independently of AVOION. We do not have control over the charges incurred. We reserve the right to deduct ANY loss in value of merchandise from the order value before refunds are processed. We recommend customers check with local postal services if they are not sure about custom charges in their country.


Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address which is not a P.O box.


We ship to a lot of locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

You have the right to return your goods within 100 days without stating a reason. The returns period commences on the day on which you (or any third party named by you who is not the forwarder) have received the goods.

To exercise your right, you must notify us support@avoion.com by post or email of your decision to return your purchase. To do this, we recommend you use the sample Returns Form below, but you are under no obligation to do so.

If you return goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs any additional costs resulting from any other type of delivery other than the most inexpensive standard option quoted on our Site, without delay within fourteen days after the day we received the returned merchandise. AVOION will reissue payments on the same payment card used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original packaging and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.
